Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal is to remodel an existing building for the Solicitor’s office located at 162 & 164 North Main Street, Darlington SC 29532. This building will be used as several office spaces for the solicitor’s needs. Proposals shall be all inclusive to include the costs for all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees to complete the specifications herein and all necessary codes and regulations for this build.
