Description: The District desires to enter into agreements with environmental and engineering firms licensed to do business in the state of Florida, which have Professional Engineers licensed in the State of Florida.

The work shall include various tasks related to hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analyses, computer simulation, geotechnical evaluation, environmental assessment, technical peer review, engineering design or support and construction-related or other related services as noted in the Introduction/ Background section of the Statement of Work.


The estimated budget for all work over the first three years of the contract(s) is $3,000,000. All contracts issued pursuant to this solicitation will expire September 30, 2026. The District may renew the contract(s) for one additional 24-month period. The estimated total budget for all work over the 24-month renewal period is $2,000,000. The above amounts are derived from totaling the following fiscal-year budgeted amounts, which are estimates: FY2022-23: $500,000; FY2023-2024: $1,250,000; FY2024-2025: $1,250,000; FY2025-2026: $1,000,000; FY2026-2027: $500,000; and FY 2027-2028: $500,000. The total budget will to be spread across all contracts issued to the selected respondents. All work will be accomplished through the issuance of Work Orders. The District expects that most of these work orders will be less than $150,000. However, some work orders may exceed $200,000. Respondents should not have any expectation or promise as to the volume of work that may be accomplished pursuant to this solicitation
