Description: The proposed project is to mitigate flood damage at the Escambia County Clerk Archives building located at 120 E Blount Street, Pensacola, FL 32501.  During the incident period April 28 through May 6, 2014, a severe storm system caused heavy rainfall and extensive flooding in Escambia County Florida. The entire 15,370 SF of the building was flooded. The proposed mitigation is to dry flood proof the building.
