The City of Beaufort invites contractors for landscaping and maintenance services for four (4) City facilities defined below and referred to as the “City Facilities” for thirty-six (36) month period commencing on January 1, 2020, with an option to renew for an additional two (2) twelve (12) month periods. Each twelve-month period must be shown separately.
