Question: Is there a particular temperature sensitivity the school is looking for? Thermal cameras come in all types of sensitivity, the better the sensitivity the accurate the temperature measurement will be.

Response: We would like the thermal imaging camera to have accurate temperature readings within 0.5°.

Question: Can you clarify with the customer regarding this thermometer having the capability of scanning multiple people at a time? The technology to scan multiple people at a time would require a thermal imaging camera with a special computer and software...correct?

Response: We are open to reviewing any and all camera systems. We are searching for a thermal imaging camera that is faster than taking someone’s temperature manually.
