Sealed proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of the above-referenced parcels will be accepted until Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at 4:00pm in the Purchasing Department; 730 Maine Street, Suite #226, Quincy, IL 62301. A redevelopment plan, if any, must stipulate that all such redevelopment work will be completed within one year from the date of closing. Purchase price offer must be for a sum certain. Proposed purchase price will be considered together with proposed redevelopment plan, if any; thus, highest purchase price may not be sole determinant in City’s acceptance of a proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
