This is a federally funded project.  The City is issuing this IFB to secure a qualified and licensed General Contractor to perform the Work and provide Materials for renovation to the ball field, a new spectator plaza, area lighting, basketball court improvements, new mini-pitches (soccer), picnic ramadas, electrical improvements, picnic ramadas, landscaping, site amenities, and improved connectivity as more particularly described in the solicitation document.  Bidders must submit Bids encompassing the entire Project, inclusive of the related Plans, Specifications, related construction drawings, and Reference Documents.
