Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enable CCWA to select proposers which can provide the best solution and services and possess highly qualified and reliable personnel that specialize in Monitoring and Managed Services for IT Infrastructure and Sharepoint. In addition, we want to find an experienced, reliable proposer to provide the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) with professional services on a supplemental project basis. Specific project assignments will be assigned on an as-needed basis. The initial term of this contract will be for twelve (12) months, with the option to extend up to four (12) twelve months renewal terms with no changes in price, terms, and conditions, by written mutual consent by the Proposer and CCWA.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Vendors interested in participating in the conference call meeting should email our Procurement Department at ccwa_procurement@ccwa.us no later than Tuesday, June 24, 2014 by noon. The email needs to include the participant’s phone number and CCWA will provide call in instructions.
