Jefferson County Housing Authority (JCHA) seeks proposals from qualified for-profit or non-profit housing developers with extensive experience in developing or in the acquisition/rehabilitation of affordable multi-family housing located in Jefferson County, Alabama and outside the city limits of Birmingham, Alabama, to construct affordable housing using various public and/or private financing and/or desirous of selling the General Partnership interest in and rehabilitating an existing 9% LIHTC Development.
