Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The purpose of this meeting is to assist prospective bidders to have a full understanding of the IFB documents so that he/she feels confident in submitting an appropriate bid; therefore, at this conference BCHA will conduct a brief overview of the IFB documents, including the attachments. Prospective bidders may also ask questions, though BCHA may require that some such questions are delivered in writing prior to a response being delivered. Whereas the purpose of this meeting is to review the IFB documents, attendees should bring a copy of the IFB documents to this conference.
