Sealed bids for grounds maintenance services at the North Charleston Coliseum and Convention
Center Complex until 10:30 a.m., Tuesday June 04, 2020 at North Charleston Purchasing
Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, South
Carolina 29406, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The City of North Charleston intends to obtain grounds maintenance and repair services for the
North Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center Complex, North Charleston, SC, including
all improved landscaped areas around all facilities and all parking lots. The work will include
regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning of shrubs, bushes and trees, fertilization, chemical
treatments, mulching, planting of annual flowers, raking, cleaning and irrigation system repairs.
