Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective nonprofits registered as a 501(c)(3) agency, hereinafter referred to as the “AGENCY” to submit a proposal to fund, manage and operate, including fully staffing the Food Hub. The Agency will work in partnership with the N.C. Cooperative Extension and Randolph County Government in order to enhance markets for agricultural producers and improve access to locally grown products.
