Description: PROJECT SUMMARY
The new Career Technical Education (CTE) High School will serve approximately 475 RRPS and CNM students in a new educational model that blends high school and community college academics. The school will be housed in the former call center building at 7001 Zenith Ct NE and will include general classrooms, faculty/administration spaces, a full service kitchen and vocational trades laboratories. The existing building square footage is 74,227gsf and no envelope additions are anticipated at this time. The existing structure is tilt-up concrete walls, steel columns and a wood roof structure on sab-on-grade. The site is fully developed and will include modifications to accommodate the new building program. The project will not be required to achieve LEED certification.

Question: While the document consistently indicates a 5% proposal bond needs to be provided, on page 55 (of 61 - PDF Count), section 2.3 the document indicates "$11,000,000 to be forfeited if the offeror cannot provide..." Is this a mistake or is this correct?
