Question: Will bid due date be extended as it is less than a week to respond?
Response: We only have to allow 3-5 Days for proposals to be required per state guidelines. However, I have allowed an additional 2 days, we have to try to get these in order to review and receive proper approval before July 1st, if possible.

Question: Who are current vendors providing services and what are their hourly rates?

Response: July 1st, 2019 - 06/30/2020 With the option of renewal up to 3 years.

Question: In order to have our proposal arrive on time, I need to ship it today. Since the question deadline is June 9th, that means I won't be able to review any additional information that the district releases regarding this RFP. Is it possible to please extend the deadline, so all vendors have a fair opportunity to submit a proposal?
