Description: The City of Milton (City), is seeking written proposals from qualified vendors for the implementation of a comprehensive Strategic Plan Implementation and Performance Management software. Proposer should have adequate prior experience working with local government. Proposals should include: • Web-based technology is preferred including user and system licensing structures for 25 concurrent names users and 10 read-only external guest users. • Major component explanations of each module as part of the strategic plan implementation & performance management software (see Tasks for more details): o Planning and Setup o Dash Board and Reporting o Project Management o Public Portal • Itemized module cost for each major component. • Annual maintenance cost for support and upgrades. • System-wide training program for users. Note: The proposed system must work in the following environment: • Standard PCs running Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 with Labtech anti-virus and Netmotion VPN • Enterprise environment running Microsoft server 2008/2012 and SQL 2008 and later, also with Labtech anti-virus. • Virtual environment using Citrix XenApp, Labtech anti-virus • Must be compatible with a hosted, Citrix-based terminal services environment to ensure compatibility with VOA • Mobile devices and tablets using iOS or Droid platforms • Ability to interface with Laserfiche Records Management System Task Details are specified in the RFP's Scope of Work The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
