Description:
The purpose of
this RFP is to obtain from qualified interested offerors a sealed proposal
provided to The City of Greer, “City”.
The City is soliciting a consultant to provide a comprehensive rewrite
of the City's existing Zoning Ordinance and Land Development Regulations (LDR).
The resulting Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) will provide guidelines for the City’s desired future. The City requires a UDO that is user-friendly,
consistent with state and federal statutes, and reflects contemporary zoning and
subdivision practices.
