Description: The is a re-solicit for Escambia County Facilities Management (EFCFM). ECFM is seeking a Generator Maintenance Company to Perform Annual Preventative Maintenance on fifty-one (51) county owned emergency generators ranging from 5kw to 2000kw located at buildings all through Escambia County. The intent of this contract is for the Contractor to perform Annual on-site preventative maintenance as well as Monthly Operational checks and start up/run of generators and troubleshoot malfunctions with the generators, transfer switches and associated equipment. This bid has a Base Bid and Option 1; Base Bid includes both Labor and Material. Option 1 requires Labor only, material will be provided by ECFM.
