Response: This is a budgeted City project. We will not release the amount budgeted as to maintain bid integrity.

Response: No, the work schedule is 8am to 3pm.

Question: While walking the roads we noticed multiple locations the asphalt was substantially higher than the gutter of the curb. Is it's the City's intention to have the new asphalt flush with the curb which will require deeper milling than the stated 1 1/8" in the bid packet?
Response: The areas where asphalt is higher than the gutter of the curb should already be marked for deep patching. However, if the area is not marked for deep patching please coordinate with the Public Works Director. • Please note, the only area of Ashland Parkway being resurfaced is from Keeneland Avenue north to Ashland Drive. If any of those concerns are on Ashland Parkway SOUTH of Keeneland Avenue please disregard.
