Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2019 for the purpose of seeking proposals for the performance of engineering services for South 48^th Street from Maine to Harrison Street.
