Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposal from vendors to provide construction services for up fitting office space at South Church Street Office Building. Work will include Carpet Installation and 4 inch new rubber/vinyl base of the entire interior. All work to comply with city drawings and specification to provide quality workmanship. There is floor area to have carpet is approximately 6036 sq. ft. Contractor will be responsible for vendor take off of area. These estimates are not reflective of accurate dimension and are only shown as reference.
