Description: Sealed proposals for the Orchard Valley Clubhouse Exterior Paint Improvement Project shall be received at the Cole Center, 101 West Illinois Avenue., Aurora, IL 60506 until Monday, March 6th, 2017, 1:00 p.m. (local time). Bids must be received in a sealed envelope addressed with the name of the Bidder, Owner, Project name, and date and time of the Bid. Bid documents will be available beginning Monday, February 13th, 2017 at vendorregistry.com, where plans are available digitally to view or download. The Fox Valley Park District shall not be responsible for information received or not received through any other source. The work generally consists of exterior painting.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a required pre-bid meeting held at the Orchard Valley Golf Course at 2411 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506 at 1:00pm on Wednesday March 1, 2017.
