Question: Can you please explain what information the County is looking for on Exhibit A and Exhibit B
Response: The bidder must explain how they are going to provide the services in Exhibit A and provide a schedule for taking over the service from the date of award. Exhibit A should provide the bidders description on how they are going to provide the service, the number of employees, managers, equipment and use and proposed cleaning schedule. Exhibit B should show the plan schedule for taking over the contract, the who, when, where, and what should happen. Provide us with your proposed schedule and how your are going to provide the service at each location.

Question: Greetings, Will there be a turnover period with the incumbent Contractor before the new Contractor assumes the duties? Thanks
Response: We would like to start the new contract NLT October 1, 2019. We are trying to start the new contract on October 1, 2019. The turnover will be on October 1, 2019.

Response: We are on our 5th year.

Question: When we submit pricing do you want the monthly cost to be multiplied by 12 month or 10 months (sept-june)
Response: Provide your monthly cost. You may provide the total for 10 months and 12 months. The first contract year will be for 10 months with an option for renewal each year, up to 5 total years. Of course this is subject to approval by County Council each year and the selected vendor.
