Question: Hello, I have a question in regards to the schools ability to perform repairs. Will the school be performing the repairs or are they looking to have them sent out to awarded when issues arise? Thank You, MicroReplay
Response: The District is looking for a warranty that will cover the majority of repairs that may be needed.

Question: Page 29 requests: (d) Case Rugged Case for the devices with drop protection. Please advise if you would like us to add that on page 26, "bid response form" or list separately.
Response: Yes, you can add it on page 26 between CA Recycle and Warranty.
