Description: The SCWSFA has determined it is in the best interests to solicit requests for qualifications for an attorney to act on its behalf when the law firm of Beck, Owen & Murray (attorneys for the SCWSFA) has a conflict of interest. Through a Request for Qualification process described herein, firms interested in assisting the SCWSFA with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Statement of Qualification per the Procedure and Schedule outlined in this RFQ.
