This Request for Proposal (RFP) for Food & Nutrition Product Procurement and Delivery Services to all school sites of the Martin County School District, Florida. to provide qualified and experienced Food Service Distribution Vendors or Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) for all types of food products for our School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals to select one main-line food service distributor to procure, receive, store and deliver food products, including, but not limited to, main entrée, beverages and grocery/staple items, for delivery to approximately 20 District facilities, and to secure firm fixed fees for the specified contract period. Distributors must commit to maintaining and enforcing the highest levels of service quality and standards for the entire term of this contract and any subsequent renewal periods.

Firms desiring to provide services described shall submit one complete electronic submittal, contained in one (1) file, PDF format preferred. Please submit as one bid submittal and not separate pages. Notices will be posted on www.demandstar.com and https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com.
