Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, November 21, 2024 for a Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) contract.

The RFP packets are available online at www.quincyil.gov/bids.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting. The meeting will be held at Quincy City Hall, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL 62301 in the City Council Chambers at 8:30 am. Tour is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. If additional time tour will continue from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
