Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish one (1) contract with a qualified and experienced firm to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, transportation and have sufficient financial resources to perform maintenance, custodial, and grounds services for ALL inclusive property of the University (to include athletic events and Fields, and Normal Hills Apartments maintenance, custodial and grounds units. This is includes ALL property not adjacent to the main campus located at 4900 Meridian St. The major tasks consist of daily custodial services (including grounds keeping services) and preventive maintenance services (including repairs and construction services).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-proposal conference will be held at the University’s Physical Facilities Department, from 10:00 a.m. CST, on JANUARY 6, 2020 @ 453 BUCHANAN WAY, UNIVERSITY SERVICES BLDG, Alabama A&M University, Normal AL. 35762. The purpose of this pre-proposal conference is to review the RFP process and proposal requirements, and answer any questions, with respect to the requirements and execution of the RFP. NOTE: Oral responses provided by at the pre-proposal meeting shall not be considered official until an official addendum has been posted. Please adhere to the following social distancing and face mask while attending campus.
