Question: During the pre-bid meeting you indicated that the meeting was "not" mandatory. However on both your agency site and on the GA procurement site it indicates that the meeting was mandatory. Will this bid be limited to the companies that attended the meeting or will other companies be able to bid on this project?
Response: The Pre Bid was mandatory, I stand corrected.
