Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the CM for construction of a building located at 117 Putnam Drive, Eatonton, GA 31024 before 10:00am local standard time on the 31st day of August 2020, for the following project:
All bidders are required to submit qualification statements with their bids.
Qualification statements are found in the bid documents.
Project description: Interior build-out of new Board of Elections inside existing building and modifications to interior and exterior of existing building.
Electronic copies of the Documents may be obtained by bidders from CM for a non-refundable deposit of ($25.00). Others may view the documents at the office of the CM.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held August 6, 2020 at the office of the owner at 10:00am.
Refer to other bidding requirements described in Instructions to bidders.
Submit your offer on the bid form provided.
Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
Documents are ready for permitting.
The Owner and CM reserve the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
