Question: The following schools do not have aerial maps in the RFP: Jana Walker Family Outreach Center North Middle Northwest Middle Please provide an aerial map which shows the paving limits for each school.
Response: All available aerial maps have been posted as a secondary document.

Question: The proposed timeline of April 14-21 for the McNair New Parking Lot construction will likely be impossible to meet. Plan design and especially MSD approval is likely to take into the summer. Final approvals might not even be received until after August 1. Will construction after the proposed timeline and/or be allowed during school?
Response: The proposed timeline is only for the current McNair lot. The new lot construction, if elected to be done, will not be subject to the timelines stated if MSD approvals, etc cause a delay.

Question: At Northwest Middle, there are multiple areas of porous asphalt. On the supplied aerial map, 2 of those areas are not highlighted for there are 3-4 other porous asphalt areas that are shaded. Are we milling and paving some porous asphalt and not others or should all porous asphalt areas not be included in the mill and overlay scope?
Response: Porous asphalt should not be replaced. I believe all areas of porous are not shaded.

Question: The updated RFP cover page says bids are due at 11AM on 2/24/25 but 10AM is listed as the bid time other places in the document. What is the bid opening time?
Response: The bid opening is at 11 am.
