GAS SYSTEM CONTRACTOR PROJECT INSTALLATION SERVICES

The City of Springfield is accepting qualification statements from interested pipeline contractors to assist the Springfield Gas System with gas main and service installation services within developer owned subdivisions.

The deadline for proposal submissions is Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time. All proposals must be delivered to the City Recorder’s office, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172. Please reference “RFQ #1325 Gas System Contractor Project Installation Services” on the outside of the sealed envelope.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposal received. The City reserves the right to terminate with any firm due to personnel changes. The City reserves the right to negotiate a final contract that is in the best interest of the City.
