Question: Is the vendor required to supply AND install both the video AND audio equipment requested?
Response: We prefer that the project be completed by one vendor, but will accept all proposals. If bid varies from the original RFB specs, please note that in the response.

Response: We would like the install to be completed by the first day of school, but understand due to supply constraints that dates may need to be changed. If you know shipping timeframes may vary from the requested dates, please note that in the response.
