I – SUBMITTING BIDS
Receipt of Bids:
Sealed Bids for the construction of the above referenced project will be
received by the Owner at their office on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM
local time at North Charleston City Hall, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd
Floor, Purchasing Department, North Charleston, SC 29406.
Bids sent by regular mail should be addressed to:
City of North Charleston, Purchasing Department, P. O. Box 190016, North
Charleston, SC 29419-9016.
E-mailed or Faxed bids are acceptable and
encouraged. Submit bid by completing Bid
Sheet portion of the document and other required forms and forward to the
Purchasing Department Attn.: Willie Atienza via email: watienza@northcharleston.org or via fax number (843) 745-1083.
Vendor is responsible for ensuring his or her bid is
received on time.
Due to the
Covid-19 pandemic there will no longer be a public Bid Opening. A Bid Tabulation will be posted online shortly
after the Bid Opening.
The awarded
bidder will be asked to mail their original documents to include their bid
bonds, if their bid was e-mailed or faxed.
Vendors
shall acknowledge all Addenda on Acknowledgment of Amendments on the Bid Sheet.
