Description:

The purpose of this IFB is to secure a qualified, licensed Contractor(s) for the retrieval of abandoned shopping carts within city limits in compliance with ARS Title 44, Chapter 11, Article 19, 44-1799.31, et. seq. (the “Services”) as more particularly described in the Scope of Work, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.  The resulting Contract(s) is/are intended to be an indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery contract(s) for the Services based on the City’s needs.  The City does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of Services will be requested by the City pursuant to the Contract.
