Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Intersection Improvement @ N. Pine Street, E. Cleveland Street and Beaumont Mill. This Project includes the demolition and removal of existing improvements, including concrete sidewalk, street trees, curb & gutter, asphalt, etc. The project includes the installation of approximately 350 L.F. of 18” concrete curb & gutter. Construction of new roadway to extend existing left turn lane also asphalt milling and resurface existing lane. Storm Drainage includes the installation of new catch basins, and the installation of 18 L.F. of 36” RCP and 38’ of 48” RCP storm drainage.
