ACCEPTANCE OF RECYCLING COMMODITIES SERVICES

 Proposals must be delivered to Annie Meredith, City Clerk by no later than January 21, 2020 at 4:00 p.m., Arizona time, at the following address:

Proposals will be opened on January 21, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. at the City Clerk’s office located at 310 N. 4^th Street, Kingman, AZ  86401. 

Unsigned proposals will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.  The City of Kingman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFPs or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.  All addenda shall be issued no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the RFP closing and will be published on the City’s website.  Receipt of RFP addenda must be acknowledged by signing and returning the appropriate procurement document and acknowledging receipt on the proposal form.

Service Delivery Expectations: 

City of Kingman is seeking proposals for the acceptance of the recycling commodities listed below.  Successful proposer(s) must be located within a 20 mile radius of 3700 E. Andy Devine Avenue, Kingman, AZ.

Criteria to be Used for Awarding the Proposal:

The proposal will be awarded to proposer(s) based upon willingness to accept the commodities listed in Attachment A.  The award of this proposal would not imply an exclusive service with the proposer.  There may be multiple proposers awarded, with selection based on monthly quotes for either commodity tipping fees or revenues.  The term of this proposal award will be for one year.

Interested proposers to complete, execute and return the “Proposer Response” form.
