The work generally consists
of removal and disposal of all existing roofing materials and plywood decking.
There are 4 - 4” X8” rafters that will need to be replaced and 6 wood beams
that the ends will need to be cut back to solid wood. New plywood, self-adhered
ice and water underlayment with new drip edge and architectural shingles shall
be installed.
