Darlington County is seeking proposals to
retrofit the roof of the Darlington County E911 center located at 1625 Harry
Byrd Hwy, Darlington, SC 29532 with an
A-Frame roof. The building is approximately 3,256 square feet. The retrofit
must be performed in such a manner that it will stop any existing roof leaks
and prevent future leaks. Vendor will need to provide at a minimum of 15 years
or more warranty on work.

Question: this proposal is for just the metal garage like structure of the ems building and not the Magistrate office that is connected to the ems building correct?
