Question: The project is called Wayfinding Signage Conceptual Master Plan; however, the list of tasks indicates that the work is to go beyond conceptual planning. Asking for confirmation that all deliverables are to be detailed and complete to the degree that the recommended sign program and plan can be bid, built, and installed.

Question: 1: Is the budget for this project $40,000 as referenced in the Bluffton 2024 Municipal Budget? 2: Can you share the original 2012-2013 wayfinding plan in its entirety, including sign content and schematics? 3: In regards to cyclist & pedestrian signage, is the Town looking for the new wayfinding plan to include a comprehensive set of signs for cyclist and pedestrian traffic throughout the entire study area? Has the Town identified or designated preferred cycling routes? Are there other areas outside the Old Town Historic District that may require pedestrian signs? 4: Why are County destinations to be excluded from consideration? 5: Working through the actual permitting process is not part of this project, correct? 6: Are some of the meetings with Staff permitted to be virtual?
