City of Quincy is seeking a media consultant to develop an advertising campaign utilizing print, social media, TV and radio encouraging the public to respond to the 2020 Census.    Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2019.   (UPDATE: The due date for the Census Participation Promotional Program is now Thursday, August 22, 2019)
