Description: Portales Municipal Schools is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
PORTALES MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
ITB 24-25-0004
STANTEC PROJECT NO. 1720001016

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received Sarah Stubbs, CPO, Portales Municipal School District, L.C. Cozzens Administrative Office, 501 South Abilene Ave, Portales, NM 88130 until, May 5, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work:
Mill and overlay of the parking lot to include pothole and crack repairs, re-striping parking stalls and any required ADA parking spaces, replacement of drive pad, and removal and replacement of parking bumpers.
The Project has an expected duration of (60) calendar days to substantial completion.

Portales Municipal Schools online at http://www.portalesschools.com/ and click on the tab RFP/RFI Bids.

Electronic copies of Bidding Documents and plans may be requested from Stantec. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with Stantec as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than Stantec in either electronic or paper format. Stantec will update periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through Stantec. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Stantec.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on April 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Board Room Meeting, Central Office, 501 S. Abilene Street, Portales, NM 88130. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Meet at 501 S Abilene Ave, Portales, NM 88130 at the Admin Offices. We will walk over to the parking lot from there.
