Description: The purpose of this project is to construct a 45,036 square foot wellness center (including one gymnasium with bleacher seating, locker rooms, exercise rooms, offices), a childhood development center (including classrooms, offices, and a kitchen), and an outdoor aquatic center with an 8-lane pool and outdoor pool deck. The gymnasium structure is a pre-engineered metal building. All new construction is steel frame with metal stud and brick veneer metal panel exterior walls. Roof is metal joists with steel deck and TPO adhered membrane. There are covered outdoor exercise spaces that are steel framed with a perforated metal panel canopy.
