Question: 1. The RFP indicates that we are to submit a W9 and a Certificate of Insurance with our proposal but does not indicate where we should include these items in our response. Should we include in Part I – RFP Documents? 2. For the references, can we use our own format in the response (providing the information required) instead of typing on the form provided on page 19?

Response: Yes, they should be included in Part 1 and you can use your own format for references.

Question: 1. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Pg. 15 #3, Curriculum and Instructional Review: Is there a particular subject area or grade band that you would like to focus on for the curriculum review? 2. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Pg. 15 #2: Stakeholder Engagement Are you looking for in person Focus Groups and Community Engagement? To broaden accessibility and decrease cost, would you be open to virtual engagement? 3. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Pg. 15 #6: How do you envision strategic plan action items being differentiated from actionable recommendations (Reporting and Recommendations #5)? 4. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Training and Development: Pg. 15 #7: The RFP uses the language, “recommends” learning sessions for district staff and teachers, but for Leadership Workshops, the term "facilitate" is used. Can we recommend workshops for district leadership, or should we plan to facilitate these workshops ourselves? 5. Given the extensive scope of work, is the district open to extending the contract period? 6. Special Conditions and Specifications: Pg. 10 #2 The RFP states, “proposals must be delivered to:” and under Online Submissions it states, “proposals may also be submitted online at Vendor Registry.” Are we to assume that even if we opt for an online submission, we are still required to submit a hard copy of our proposal?

Response: 1. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Pg. 15 #3, Curriculum and Instructional Review: Is there a particular subject area or grade band that you would like to focus on for the curriculum review? This review would include all content areas and grade levels. 2. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Pg. 15 #2: Stakeholder Engagement Are you looking for in person Focus Groups and Community Engagement? To broaden accessibility and decrease cost, would you be open to virtual engagement? This must include a variety of engagement opportunities, including in-person. 3. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Pg. 15 #6: How do you envision strategic plan action items being differentiated from actionable recommendations (Reporting and Recommendations #5)? These are likely similar. Items that are strategic plan action items will directly align with the 5 priorities within the strategic plan. Other recommendations unrelated to the strategic plan priorities may be considered actiononable recommendations. 4. Breakdown of Scope of Work: Training and Development: Pg. 15 #7: The RFP uses the language, “recommends” learning sessions for district staff and teachers, but for Leadership Workshops, the term "facilitate" is used. Can we recommend workshops for district leadership, or should we plan to facilitate these workshops ourselves? Entities should plan to lead and facilitate learning with Leaders; but could either facilitate or recommend learning for other district staff. 5. Given the extensive scope of work, is the district open to extending the contract period? This is not something that the district can confirm at this time. 6. Special Conditions and Specifications: Pg. 10 #2 The RFP states, “proposals must be delivered to:” and under Online Submissions it states, “proposals may also be submitted online at Vendor Registry.” Are we to assume that even if we opt for an online submission, we are still required to submit a hard copy of our proposal? No, proposals may be deliver either way and do not have to be both.
