Description: The City of Winchester is accepting sealed bids for Traffic Signal Loop Repairs at the intersection of Dinah Shore Boulevard (41-A North) and 41-A ByPass Rd. until November 2, 2017 at 4:00 pm. Bid opening will be November 3, 2017 at 10:00 am. Bid requires field review with Public Works Director and coordination with TDOT prior to bid process, and work will require coordination with TDOT contractor at time of construction.
