Documents:

Question 1

Posted: 2/6/2019

Question: Will geotechnical engineering services be included as part of the RFQ or will these services be provided by the civil engineer on a project by project basis?

Response: Geotechnical services shall be a part of this solicitation and will be added by means of an addendum.

Question 2

Posted: 2/8/2019

Question: Do respondents need to submit quals/personnel for all services listed (i.e. teaming would likely be required) or only those services for which the firm can perform in-house?

Response: No, you can designate the categories your firm qualifies for and submit for those.

Question 3

Posted: 2/11/2019

Question: Our submittal should only consist of a letter of interest (no more than 3 pages) and a SF330, correct? If so, should the "Information Requested" on page 4 of the RFQ be addressed in our SF330, our letter of interest or can it be included in a combination of the two? I am asking only because there is no way to completely list Items 1-7 in a 3 page letter of interest.

Response: The submitted qualifications document should consist of the letter of interest and the SF330. The SF330 should include everything stated in the "Information Requested" section of the RFQ. If the SF330 does not address all of the information requested, you may need to add additional pages to the SF330.

Question 4

Posted: 2/12/2019

Question: Does RFQ #24-18/19, Professional Engineering Services, include services for the solid waste department/ landfill?

Response: This service can be included in your response.

Question 5

Posted: 2/14/2019

Question: To clarify, does each category count as one submittal or two individual submittals? For example, if a firm is applying to Category A and Category B, would they provide one submittal for Category A and B combined? Or would the firm provide a single submittal for Category A and another, separate submittal for Category B?

Response: If a firm is submitting for more than one category, all of the categories will be submitted as one (1) qualification package.

Question 6

Posted: 2/14/2019

Question: Do you need a SF330 from the subconsultant(s) or just the Prime?

Response: Just the prime

Question 7

Posted: 2/15/2019

Question: Does the RFQ's limitation of providing a list of no more than five relevant projects completed in the last 10 years mean we cannot include 10 projects examples in our SF330 Part I, Section F?

Response: Only five (5) relevant projects are required.

Question 8

Posted: 2/18/2019

Question: In the RFQ, it states that firms are being evaluated on "financial stability," what documents would you like us to provide to prove that we are financially stable?

Response: Please see the public solicitation. The SF-330 is sufficient for what is needed for this.

Question 9

Posted: 2/18/2019

Question: Are firms allowed to use photos or minimal graphics (such as headers/footers) in the SF 330?

Response: Yes this is acceptable.
