Description:

The scope of this contract includes but is not limited to the following: 

1. Remove three (3) existing electric submersible pumps at PS-4 (two (2) 50,000 gpm and one (1) 25,000 gpm). 
2. Refurbish two (2) existing 50,000 gpm electric submersible pumps.
3. Acquire two (2) new or refurbished 50,000 gpm electric submersible pumps identical to the existing 50,000 gpm pumps at PS-4.
4. Assess capability of 25,000 gpm pump housing to accept new or refurbished 50,000 gpm electric submersible pump and make improvements as necessary.   
5. Install three (3) new or refurbished 50,000 gpm electric submersible pumps in the existing pump housings at PS-4.
6. Upgrade all electrical components including wiring, connectors and switching equipment to safely and reliably operate the new or refurbished 50,000 gpm electric submersible pump replacing the 25,000 gpm electric submersible pump.
7. Replace existing cast iron flap gates with new aluminum flap gates.
