Description: General Information:
The City of Carlsbad is seeking to enter into a multi-year services contract with a qualified proposer for the cleaning of all City Park Restrooms including the locking and unlocking of restrooms and pavilion gates.
The contract will be for one year, renewed on an annual basis up to a maximum for (4) four years.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. The successful proposer will have the necessary equipment and trained personnel to fully provide the quality services required of this contract.
2. The successful proposer shall possess and maintain all necessary licenses’ and permits of the category and type required to perform janitorial services.
3. The successful proposer shall possess and maintain general liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 and such other insurance as may be required, including Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
