Dawson County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed bids from qualified firms/individuals for the complete upfitting of 2 Chevrolet Tahoes. There will not be a pre-proposal meeting held for this IFB.
Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 by 1:00 p.m., on October 25, 2018. All answers will be posted to website no later than October 26, 2018, by 1:00 p.m., EST. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.
Sealed bids may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM, on October 30, 2018. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.
