Response: Our understanding is that we can use our licenses for one more year (sort of being grandfathered in) because we have an existing agreement that expires next fall.

Question: 1. Is this a renewal for these Sku’s? 2. The Sku’s seem to be a Legacy Sku, meaning they couldn't be started as a new agreement so do you have a current agreement in place? 3. If so what is your enrollment number? 4. What is the reason for purchasing this?

Response: 1. Yes, we are renewing licenses for these part numbers: 2UJ-0001 DsktpEdu ALNG LicSAPk MVL Pre2017EES and R18-00095 WinSvrCAL ALNG LicSAPk MVL DvcCAL 2. Yes, we have an agreement that expires September 30, 2020 3. Our enrollment number is 54021421 4. We are an academic environment that has university-owned computers running Windows and Office plus additional users (students) accessing Windows Servers.

Question: Do you want the second line item on the quote actually be under a separate agreement? According to the attached bid doc, you wanted those under a Select Plus Agreement, not the EES? So we will want to remove that and create another quote for the second item?

Response: Both the desktop and the CALS line items are supposed to be on our campus/open agreement (the EES), not under a Select Plus Agreement.
