Notice is hereby given that the Student Nutrition Department for Porterville Unified School District will receive sealed bids via our online bid platform.

Buy  American Provision- We require , that vendors certify that all food products are processed in the United States and vendors must certify the percentage of United States content, by weight or volume, of the food components of processed food products supplied to us. Receipts, invoices, and product labels that clearly indicate that agricultural commodities were 100 percent grown or raised domestically and that agricultural products were 100 percent processed domestically and over 51 percent of their agricultural food components/commodities were grown or raised domestically. Solicitation is for Commodity items. Bids Submitted shall be for DELIVERED Price after Vendor Mark Up
